Glevera Haven is a sectional title complex with 69 bachelors, one- and two-bedroom units. It is situated in the Rietvalleirand area, close to the shops, hospitals and services. Easily accessible from the N1. Communal dining hall, lounge, library, patio, lapa and garden amongst more, are available.
A monthly levy is payable by the owner of each unit relative to the specific unit. A service levy is also payable and includes basic nursing care, cleaning, laundry, 24-hour security, and 15 lunches per month per resident.
Other services include a medical doctor every week, audiologist once a month, hairdresser and beauty services weekly, social activities, creative workshops, library, knitting club and much more.
Different DSTV packages are available in the units for residents own account and available in the communal lounge.
Generator for power outages is on the premises.

Glevera is a complex with the older person’ needs as a first priority. Wide hallways with slopes and tiles that are wheelchair friendly. Even light switches in the units are wheelchair friendly. Medical services, meals, cleaning and washing gets taken care of.
The kitchen is open every day of the year to supply the residents with 3 meals a day. Every resident gets 15 lunches per month included in the monthly levy. Breakfast and supper, extra lunches and Sunday lunches can be ordered on a weekly basis. Glevera caters for any special diet like diabetic, gluten free, soft food and allergies. Breakfast and supper are delivered to the units, and lunch can be enjoyed in the dining hall or the unit.
A team of cleaners are on duty every day, Monday to Friday, to clean public areas and units every day. Deep cleaning happens once a week in every unit according to a schedule. The laundry room allows 5 kg of washing, drying and ironing per resident per week included in the monthly levy.
24/7 Nursing station with a nurse call system. All basic care, including blood pressure measuring, medication control, basic wound care, making of beds and showering as well as assisting with basic needs are included in the monthly levy.
A Medical doctor is on the premises every week on Wednesdays and consult the residents in their units on appointments.
Registered sister is in the facility on weekdays and on call 24/7.
Prescribed medication can be ordered from the pharmacy of choice and gets delivered to Glevera.
Daily rounds by the carers and reporting health issues and problems to the sister if necessary. Hospitals are close by, and ambulance can be called in case of emergency.
Any extra nursing services and care can be given, from observatory nursing care to sleep-in nursing care. Extra services and care must be paid per hour per day according to a fixed extra nursing care levy. The resident will be evaluated by the Nursing Service Manager with admission and on a regular basis thereafter. All nursing services and care are home based and happens in the comfort of the unit.
